7.中央電視臺新樓

Located on Beijing's East Third Ring Road, China's New Central Television headquarters is located at the heart of the city's Central Business District. The building was designed by the Dutch company OMA, a leading international partnership practicing architecture, urbanism, and cultural analysis。
The building twists the idea of a skyscraper quite literally into a 49-story-tall gravity-defying loop, which poses a truly three-dimensional experience. The site primarily consists of the main building, the TV Cultural Center and auxiliary facilities. It covers a total floor area of 550,000 square meters, with its tallest point at 230 meters。
中央電視臺新臺址位于北京市朝陽區(商務中心區)東三環中路，緊臨東三環，地處CBD核心區，占地187000平方米。總建筑面積約55萬平方米，最高建筑234米，工程建設總投資約50億元人民幣。建設內容主要包括：主樓(CCTV)、電視文化中心(TVCC)、警衛樓及媒體公園。
CCTV主樓含兩棟分別為52層、高234米和44層、高194米的塔樓，并由14層、56米高，重1.8萬噸的懸臂鋼結構連接，總建筑面積473000平方米，號稱“中國公共建筑‘第一單’”。
中央電視臺新臺址建設工程采用荷蘭OMA的設計方案。專家評委認為這是一個不卑不亢的方案，既有鮮明的個性，又無排他性。作為一個優美、有力的雕塑形象，它既能代表新北京的形象，又可以用建筑的語言表達電視媒體的重要性和文化性。其結構方案新穎、可實施，會推動中國高層建筑的結構體系、結構思想的創造。專家評委認為這一設計方案不僅樹立了CCTV的標志性形象，也翻開了中國建筑界新的一頁。
