A:Let's see what's wrong.Open your mouth please.

Is this the one?Does it hurt?
是這顆嗎?疼嗎?
B:Yes.That's it.

A:It's too far gone. I'm afraid.
你的牙壞得太厲害了。

B:Do I have to have it out right now?
