Peter: Hello, this is Peter speaking. May I speak to Mary?

Mary: Hello, Mary speaking.

Peter: Mary, I hear there's a great painting exhibition at the art gallery this week. I'm wondering if you might like to go with me.
彼得：瑪麗，我聽說美術(shù)館這周會舉辦一場很棒的畫展，你想和我一起去嗎？
Mary: Yes, I'd love to.
瑪麗：嗯，我愿意去。
Peter: Are you free tomorrow evening, by any chance?
彼得：你明晚有時間嗎？
Mary: Oh, I'm sorry. I'm afraid I'll be busy tomorrow night. I have to finish two term papers by this Friday.
瑪麗：哦，抱歉，明晚我恐怕會很忙，我必須在周五之前完成兩篇學(xué)期論文。
Peter: Well, what about going there this Saturday evening?
彼得：嗯，那這周六晚上呢？
Mary: Sure, Saturday sounds great to me. It's nice of you to invite me. What time should we meet?

Peter: Let's make it 5:00 p.m. at your house.

Mary: OK. See you then.
