The Terrible King
可怕的國王
A long time ago, there lived a terrible king.
很久很久以前,有一個可怕的國王。
The terrible king's wish was that all the people would shake in fear at the sound of his name.
國王希望所有聽到他的名字的人都害怕得渾身顫抖。
The terrible king made the lives of the people in the neighbor land horrible.
國王肆意地殺害鄰國的百姓。
"Here! Take everything!"The terrible king viciously took away all the belongings of the neighbor land.
"把所有東西都搶走!"可怕的國王掠奪、征占了鄰國所有的財產和土地。
He even scared the poor women and children. The king was not even sorry to the children and women.
他甚至不放過可憐的婦女和孩子，對這些人絲毫不覺得愧疚。
The terrible king bothered the people of the neighbor land worse and worse everyday.
國王不斷侵犯鄰國的百姓，并且越來越過分。
The palace became more and more magnificent.
而自己的宮殿修建的越來越豪華。
"Put up a statue in the church!" Now the terrible king was ordering the church to place a statue of himself there.
"把我的雕像放在教堂!"現在可怕的國王下令教會將自己的雕像放置在教堂里。
However, the ministers could not do that." Your majesty may be great, but God is even greater."
然而,牧師們不能這樣做。"陛下您是很偉，,但上帝是最偉大的。"
The terrible king was becoming angry.
那可怕的國王生氣了。
It was because he thought that he was the greatest in the whole world.
因為他覺得自己是全世界最偉大的人。
Then the king was angry."What! He is greater? Then I will defeat God." In a loud voice, the terrible king said that he would win against God.
"什么!你說他最偉大嗎?那我就將他打敗。"國王憤怒的喊叫說自己將戰勝上帝。
That's why he ordered that a magnificent ship be built in order to go to the heaven.
這就是為何他下令建造一艘華麗通往天堂的船。
He said he would ride the ship to go and defeat God.
他說,他將乘坐這艘船打敗上帝。
The terrible king rode the ship up to heaven. From the sky, an angel was sent.
那可怕的國王乘著船來到天堂。
However, the terrible king shot over a thousand bullets at the angel.
天使出現在空中但國王拿槍不停地掃射天使。
"Ahhhhhh" Being shot, the angel was bleeding.
"啊！"被擊中的天使不停地流血。
The blood dropped unto the terrible king's ship.
鮮血滴落到國王的船上。
The angel's blood was so heavy that the king's ship sank.
于是國王的船承受不住天使的血重量，沉沒了。
The terrible king became angry, again.
于是國王的船承受不住天使的血重量，沉沒了。
"Build a more stronger ship." The terrible king wanted a better ship, so he ordered all the workers in his kingdom to build it.
國王這次氣壞了,又下令"建一艘更加牢固的船。"國王想要一個更好的船,所以他命令國家所有的工人連夜趕工。
"I will defeat God for sure!" The terrible king went up to heaven, once more.
"我一定會打敗上帝的!"國王再一次來到天堂。
God sent mosquitoes to the terrible king.
上帝派蚊子來對付可怕的國王。
The terrible king just laughed at the mosquitoes."Go and bring me the best carpet."
國王只是輕蔑地笑了笑"把最厚實的毛毯給我拿來。"
The king made another command.
國王命令道。
He thought that if he wrapped the carpet around his body the mosquitoes would not be able to bite him.
他認為如果把毛毯上纏在身上,蚊子不會咬他。
But one mosquito went inside of the carpet.
但是有一只蚊子鉆進了毛毯里面。
Because of that one mosquito, the terrible king was rolling around screaming.
正是因為這樣,國王尖叫著滾來滾去。
The terrible king that couldn't even catch one mosquito was a laughingstock for his troops.
連一只蚊子都抓不住的國王,徹徹底底成為了將士們的笑柄。
