M: Morning, Penny, I know you are one of a few women taxi drivers in the city now, and you've been driving for a living for 12 years. Could you tell us what you found the most difficult about becoming a taxi driver?
男：早上好，佩妮，我知道你是這個城市少有的女出租車司機之一，而且你已經以開出租車為生有12年了。你能告訴我們當出租車司機最困難的是什么嗎？
W: I can still remember when I was first learning to drive, I didn't know how to judge distance. That's very scary.
女：我還記得剛開始學開車的時候，我不知道如何判斷距離。那真是挺嚇人的。
M: Then, what's the best part of your job?
男：那么，你的工作中最好的一點是什么呢？
W: What I like best about the job was being outdoors, seeing how this city changes from season to season. And there are places of scenery I would probably have never seen in another job.
女：我最喜歡我的工作的一點就是我能在戶外，看著這座城市一年四季的變化。有些地方的風景可能是我在其他工作中絕對看不到的。
M: Now, what about annual leaves? Do you have them?
男：那么，年度假呢？你有嗎？
W: Oh, yes. When I first started, I had only 10 days. Now I have 3 weeks every year with pay.
女：哦，有。我剛開始做的時候，只有十天假期。現在我每年可以帶薪休假三周。
M: Just out of curiosity. When you go on vacation to another place or city, do you drive there as well?
男：只是好奇。你去其他地方或城市度假的時候，也是自己開車去嗎？
W: In most cases, not. I prefer to be driven by others if I go by car. I would also prefer to go by train or plane, if there is a choice.
女：多數情況下都不。如果坐車的話，我更喜歡別人開車。如果可以選擇，我更喜歡坐火車或飛機。
M: Now my last question. Have you ever thought of changing your job?
男：現在最后一個問題。你有想過換工作嗎？
W: Not yet. Maybe I will someday, but not at this moment. I do get lots of satisfaction out of it. So why should I?
