訓練方法我暫時命名為《普特三步聽寫法》，主要由聽寫，對照，譯背三步分組成。具體操作步驟：（以2003年3月24日的一小段Special新聞為例）
一、聽寫
根據選定的材料來進行聽寫，關于聽寫需要注意的是
1 、先將聽力材料先聽一遍或幾遍，看看自己能聽懂多少，再聽寫。復讀聽寫一般以5-8秒的短句為單位，5-8秒短句實際是機械記憶音節(jié)，超過10秒音節(jié)太多,只能理解記憶. 不利于聽寫。
2 、遇到聽不出來的單詞，盡量查字典，實在沒法了，才對參考文章。這樣主要是為了增強辯音能力。同時也是為了增大聲音與腦子反應之間刺激強度。
3 、工具：一定要使用復讀機或復讀軟件（針對具有微機的朋友而言）。如果使用復讀機聽寫，建議結合《聽音查字詞典》來聽寫，該書能夠極大的增強您的猜字能力。當然英漢詞典或電子詞典也是必須的。如果是使用聽力軟件，則建議使用聽力查字字典的電子版。同時結合金山詞霸等軟件。這樣可以提高聽寫的效率。
產生的文件為聽寫紀錄。形式如：0324Special1930聽寫記錄。（包含錯誤）

二、對照
對照的前提是實在是聽不出來了。這樣通過參照標準文稿就可以從自己的錯誤中學到很多知識。對照是非常重要的一個環(huán)節(jié)，也是最容易被忽視的的一個環(huán)節(jié)。其具體操作可參考下面的做法。（另外，供參照的文稿如下：）

三、譯背
譯背主要是為了鍛煉口語，翻譯能力，同時也是更好的消化聽寫的內容，其具體操作可?5縵虜街瑁?
1 、將聽寫材料翻譯成中文。
2 、將譯文翻譯成英文
3 、對照（英文）無誤后，一次一次翻譯背誦。 （看著中文，背誦英文）
4 、朗讀課文，追求流利。
最終產生的文件有第一次翻譯的英文，與標準稿比較，標出錯誤。這樣就可以提高翻譯能力。
