A plane crash in Sudan on early Sunday has claimed the lives of all the 31 people aboard it, including a minister.

An airport spokesman told Xinhua that all passengers on board the plane from the capital Khartoum to South Kordofan state belonged to a government delegation, and one of them was Minister of Guidance and Religious Endowments Ghazi al-Sadiq.
