I don't believe in spending too much time finding and analysing every possible solution to a problem. Success depends on one thing and one thing alone: getting things done as soon as possible. Once you've decided what to do, take immediate action and work out the details later - that's my rule. If I waited until I had all the information available, I wouldn't get anywhere.

Don't forget that organisations are made up of individuals with their own interests. And they often use information and plans to further their own aims. Politics and differences in opinion are common in large firms. So as I see it, a manager's main role is to solve problems and differences between team members in a way that everyone can accept.
不要忘記,組織都是由許多個人組成的,他們都為了自己的利益。而且他們經(jīng)常利用信息和計劃來達(dá)到自己更高的目的。政治和意見分歧在大公司是十分常見的。因此,我個人認(rèn)為,一個經(jīng)理的主要角色是:以每個人都能接受的方式來解決團(tuán)隊成員之間的問題以及處理他們之間的分歧。
