Man: Hello, can I help you?

Woman: Hello, yes, my name's Jane Kelly. I’m looking for Mr Brown.

Man: Oh, I’m sorry he’s not here ... do you have an appointment?

Woman: No, I don’t... I was just passing the factory, so I thought I’d come in and show him our new samples ... never mind ... tell him I called, and I’ll come back another time.

Four: When will production start?

Man: -now- about the new factory. We were hoping to start production on the 21st... unfortunately it’ll be about a week later now, on the 29th ... the machinery won’t be installed until the 23rd - that’s why there’s a delay, I’m afraid.
