Harry glanced up at Hermione and saw that her mouth was fully open now.
哈利看了荷米恩一眼，她嘴巴張的大大的。
She was gazing at him with a mixture of alarm and pity.
她帶著一種憐憫與驚訝摻雜在一起的表情望著他。
“Harry, your dad's — well — dead,” she said quietly.
“哈利，你的父親已經死了呀?！彼p輕的說。
“I know that,” said Harry quickly. “You think you saw his ghost?”
“我知道?！惫麡O快的說。“你認為你看見的是他的靈魂？”
“I don't know… no… he looked solid….” “But then —”
“我不知道……不是的，他看起來是真實的……”“那么——”
“Maybe I was seeing things,” said Harry. “But… from what I could see… it looked like him….
“也許我看見的是別的什么，”哈利說，“但是……我所看見的真的很像他…
I've got photos of him….” Hermione was still looking at him as though worried about his sanity.

“I know it sounds mad,” said Harry flatly. He turned to took at Buckbeak,
“我知道這聽起來很瘋狂，”哈利平靜地說。他轉頭望向畢克碧，
who was digging his beak into the ground, apparently searching for worms.
它正在將它的翅膀向地上靠去，好像要尋找一溫一 暖似的。
But he wasn't really watching Buckbeak.
但是他并不是真正在看著它。
He was thinking about his father and about his father's three oldest friends… Moony, Wormtail, Padfoot, and Prongs….
他在想他的父親，還有他的老朋友……莫妮，一溫一 特爾，彼弗還有拜朗……
Had all four of them been out on the grounds tonight?
他們四個是不是今晚都跑出到曠野來了呢？
Wormtail had reappeared this evening when everyone had thought he was dead…
一溫一 特爾今天晚上就會再次出現了，當別人認為他已經死了的情況下
Was it so impossible his father had done the same? Had he been seeing things across the take?
有沒有可能他的父親也做了同樣的事呢？他是不是他看見的那個穿過湖面的東西呢？
The figure had been too far away to see distinctly…
那個人影離得太遠而無法看清楚。
yet he had felt sure, for a moment, before he'd lost consciousness….
但是在他失去知覺的前一刻，他確切地感覺到了……
The leaves overhead rustled faintly in the breeze.
微風吹過，頭頂上的樹葉輕柔地沙沙作響。
The moon drifted in and out of sight behind the shifting clouds.
月亮在云層后面時隱時現，
Hermione sat with her face turned toward the Willow, waiting.
荷米恩臉對著柳樹坐著，等待著……
