President Donald Trump's Twitter account was shut down for a total of 11 minutes on November 2nd and now the contractor who did so is speaking out about the incident.

Bahtiyar Duysak told Reuters that although he does believe some of the president's tweets breach Twitter's ban on hate speech, shutting down the account was done by mistake.

Duysak said he clicked a "few wrong things" during his last day at the company and said he thought he was dealing with one of the many fake Trump accounts.
