Rachel Holt, one of the top executives for ride-sharing app Uber, admits that 'everything hasn't happened in the right way for the company in the past.'

While talking with CNBC Friday, Holt said that new CEO Dara Khosrowshahi differs from his predecessor, Travis Kalanick, in that he has "a humble approach."
