Chapter three The Knight Bus
第三章 騎士公共汽車
Harry was several streets away before he collapsed onto a low wall in Magnolia Crescent, panting from the effort of dragging his trunk.
哈利癱坐在木蘭花新月街的一道矮墻上的時候，他已經離家有幾條街了，由于拖著箱子，累得氣喘吁吁。
He sat quite still, anger still surging through him, listening to the frantic thumping of his heart.
他很安靜地坐著，滿腔怒氣仍然沒有平息，心臟還在猛烈地跳動。
But after ten minutes alone in the dark street, a new emotion overtook him: panic.
但是，在這條黑暗的街上獨自坐了十分鐘以后，一種新的感覺突然侵襲到他心中，那就是：恐慌。
Whichever way he looked at it, he had never been in a worse fix.

He was stranded, quite alone, in the dark Muggle world, with absolutely nowhere to go.

And the worst of it was, he had just done serious magic, which meant that he was almost certainly expelled from Hogwarts.

He had broken the Decree for the Restriction of Underage Wizardry so badly,

he was surprised Ministry of Magic representatives weren't swooping down on him where he sat.

Harry shivered and looked up and down Magnolia Crescent.
哈利全身顫抖，往木蘭花新月街左右看著。
What was going to happen to him?
他會遇到什么事呢？
Would he be arrested, or would he simply be outlawed from the wizarding world?
他會被捕或是干脆被逐出魔法界嗎？
He thought of Ron and Hermione, and his heart sank even lower.
他想到了羅恩和赫敏，情緒更低落了。
Harry was sure that, criminal or not, Ron and Hermione would want to help him now,
哈利可以肯定，不管他是不是罪犯，羅恩和赫敏都會想法幫助他的，
but they were both abroad, and with Hedwig gone, he had no means of contacting them.
不過現在他們兩個人都在國外，而且海德薇又飛走了，他沒法和他們倆取得聯絡。
