Peace is an interest because, in an atmosphere of just peace,

As war is an adventure, peace is also a challenge and a gamble.
正如戰爭是一場冒險，和平同樣也是一種挑戰和賭注，
If we do not fortify peace to stand against storms and wind, and if we do not support it and strengthen it,
如果我們運用各種手段，也沒有使和平經受住風暴中的動亂，
the gamble will then be exposed to blackmail, perhaps to fall.
如果我們沒有維護好和平，這種冒險就會升級。
Therefore, I call on my partners in peace on this high platform to expedite the peace process,

achieve early withdrawal, pave the road for elections,
