Yeah yeah, so you can say you are a self starter
Back up with this is what I have done in my last week This is how
And that's good because they are gonna want you to use those buzzwords
But I think you have to stop things a little bit
Yeah
Answering like with the examples because one wanted?
Exactly that's exactly it you have it right ahead
If I that's... There we go The next slide
So how many of you probably may have heard of PAR which is a way to answer interview questions
And many interviews in these days are moving towards behavioral interview questions
Behavioral interview questions are essentially not just
Oh you got a customer service
Yes I am great
But to give me an experience at a time you gave great customer service
And there is a couple of reasons for this
The main thing it's actually been found that if you ask candidates behavioral questions consistently
it is better defendable in court if you try to sue them and it is more predictive of a good candidate for the job
So more and more companies are asking behavioral questions
And it's good to ask them because the harder the questions they get more to the need of what the persons are about
The way to come back that into actually be able to express yourself in that situation is using as a variety of items
But one is PAR, problem action result
So like you are saying Jenny speaking in the examples
And so maybe someone says to you
Tell me as a time when you have a little difficult client
And you just say ok in your mind you are thinking
You don't find a situation so you start you don't say it
You start talking about the problem the challenge that you faced
What was the big difficulty going on
The actions that you took what did you do to deal with this situation
How did you get involved and then the results
What are the outcomes for the company
Not just I feel good afterwards
but all those are big issues I handled in this way in the end the boss was happy the clients were happy
and we were able to save some money
whatever it is and almost everyone has lots of stories like that
