The key thing to remember here is that this number is slightly misleading

If you are really targeting 1500 that percentage is much higher

Does that make sense?

Don't be comforted and said, oh, this is only a quarter of my salt intake

It's probably about a third if you're actually targeting the 1500 mg of sodium

This is really important too

Remember that all of these numbers are based on serving size
