It is northwest China – Xinjiang is biggest province in China

My city Tacheng it borders with Kazakhstan
我的城市塔城與哈薩克斯坦接壤
Maybe only 8 kilometres – and I can walk to Kazakhstan
也許我走到哈薩克斯坦僅有八公里
Xinjiang is a really beautiful place
新疆是一個漂亮的地方
Tianshan – Mountains of Heaven

Also in north of Xinjiang – Altay, Tacheng
也在新疆北部——阿爾泰，塔城

My profession is dancer and choreographer
我的專業是舞蹈和編舞
When I was child I fell in love with Xinjiang art – with Uyghur dance, with Kazakh dance
但我還是孩子時我就喜歡上了新疆文化——維吾爾族舞蹈，哈薩克舞蹈
Everything just so amazing – in Uyghur dance we have different style of dance
一切都是那樣地了不起——我們維吾爾族舞蹈有多種不同風格
In Uyghur we have music style called Muqam (a composite of songs, dances, folk and classical music)
在維吾爾族我們有一種叫木卡姆的音樂（是一種歌曲，舞蹈，民間和古典音樂的綜合藝術）
A lot of Xinjiang is desert - Taklimakan – a lot of desert - like Turpan
新疆很多地方是沙漠，如塔克拉瑪干，吐魯番
A city it is called Pichan, in Chinese it is called Shanshan ('The Desert Tourism City'）
有一個叫Pichan 的城市，漢語叫做鄯善,一個沙漠旅游城
This place, half is desert, half is green – if you walk there the line is so clear – wow, it is amazing
這里一半是沙漠一半是綠色，如果你走過去看，邊界分明，很驚奇。
When I was in the Mountains of Heaven the air was fresh, the water was clean
當我在天山時我驚奇的發現天空是如此清新，水流是如此的干凈
In Xinjiang the natural is still like before – now some places many tourists – but still it is clean, it is beautiful
在新疆，自然景色仍像從前一樣，盡管現在有的地方有很多游客，但仍然很干凈很漂亮
Last year I went to Altay Kanas Lake (Kanas Nature Reserve) – it was amazing
去年我去了喀納斯自然保護區，真是太令人驚訝了
When we have free time we will drive to that place – to relax and feel the nature
等我們有時間我們會開車去那里，去放松去感受自然

In the mountains live a lot of Kazakh people

They love the horse, the love riding the horse – the horse is a part of their life
他們喜歡馬，也喜歡騎馬，馬是他們生活的一部分
If I go to the mountains the first thing is ride a horse
如果我去山里，第一件事就是去騎馬
You can look around and feel the nature – that feeling is so true – the feeling of that moment
我們可以四處觀光感受自然，那感覺如此真實，那時那刻的感覺
When I was at The Lake of Heaven the Kazakh people were living in the circular tents – Mongolian called 'ger', Russian 'yurt'
當我在天湖時哈薩克族人住在圓頂帳篷里——蒙古語叫做'ger',俄語叫做'yurt'
In Chinese called Zhanfang
漢語叫做氈房
Uyghur people do not live in that kind of place because Uyghur people like farming
維吾爾族人不住在那樣的地方因為維吾爾族人喜歡耕種
Kazakh people live in this kind of place because they always move the things they live
哈薩克族人喜歡住在那樣的地方因為他們總是把家搬來搬去
Also weather – in summer or winter they have to move
而且天氣也是，在夏季或冬季他們不得不搬家
They move every year – so this house it is really helpful, really easy to move home
他們每年都搬家，因此這樣的房子很有幫助，使他們搬家很容易
In Xinjiang I found some deserted cities – Jiaohe
在新疆我發現一些被遺棄的城市——交河
Jiaohe Gucheng is really oldest city
交河古城的確是最古老的城市
You cannot picture that how was look like – because of the weather is so dry – a lot of wind
你無法描繪他曾經的樣子，因為氣候干燥，風很多
The Silk Road time – there were so many people there
絲綢之路時期，那里有很多人口
It is the culture – Silk Road – it is a really long road – not only in Jiaohe Gucheng but also past our city Tacheng
是絲綢之路文化，那個很長的路，不僅穿過交河古城也穿過我們的城市塔城
This is why I think the history, culture in Xinjiang; it is mixed with other culture
這也是為什么我認為新疆的歷史文化是一個混合了其他文明的文化
