To prepare for his role in Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Mark Hamill has revealed that he went on a strict diet.

In an interview with Rolling Stone, the 64-year-old actor spoke about how playing the character of Luke Skywalker again inspired a new weight loss regimen.

While showing off a fruit and vegetable plate he said,
