Well, Bangkok virtually has no plan. Ithink they say something about [a] plan, but they don't have any plan[s].Bangkok just sprawling out, you know, in a certain direction, in everydirection. There are some people who actually... first they come to Bangkokfrom a well-planned city. They became frustrated, but after you live for longin the city, you see the flavor of that, you see something can be an element ofsurprise, [an] element of creativity. Something always happen[s] withoutexpectation.

And this is like walking back intime.

We're standing right on RCA Strip, or RoyalCity Avenue Strip. It's got everything from clubs to restaurants to galleries.Most of the people that come hang out here are either locals, Thais orforeigners who "know" a lot about Bangkok. After 9 p.m., gosh, theentire street...you've got people, you've got Thais, you've got foreigners, you'vegot tourists, you've got everyone here on this strip. The unique thing aboutBangkok is that although it seems to be packed and chaotic, you've got oasesall around where you can escape from the chaos.
