A Boy With A Big Head 大頭娃娃

A boy cried to his mother, "All the children make fun of me. They say I have a big head."

"Don't listen to them," his mother said, "You have a beautiful head. Now stop crying and go to the store to buy twenty pounds of patotoes."

1.cry

cry one’s eyes out（口語）痛哭流涕，哭得很傷心

例：Cecil came round later, crying his eyes out, asking me to forgive him.

賽西爾后來來了，哭得很傷心，請求我原諒他。

make somebody cry讓某人哭，惹某人哭

例：David often teases his little sister and makes her cry.

大衛(wèi)經(jīng)常惹她妹妹哭。

2.shopping bag

n.（帶挽手的）購物袋；提包

I left my shopping bag in car.

我把購物袋落在車上了。

3.hat

hat表示帽子，cap也表示帽子。

hat與cap的區(qū)別：

cap一般剛好能罩著頭部，并且沒有帽邊，但一般會有帽舌(如一般的棒球帽)；

hat的形狀就很多變了，可能有帽邊也可能沒有，但通常都比cap要大。
