Make The Same Mistake 犯同樣的錯誤

Boy: Hi, didn't we go on dates before? Once or twice?

男孩：嗨，我們之前是不是約會過，是一次還是兩次，我忘記了。

Girl: Must've been once. I never make the same mistake twice.

女孩：應該只有一次吧，我從不犯兩次同樣的錯誤。

1.go on dates

go on a date表示約會

一般用on代表單純的出去約會，而for帶有目的的意思。

eg. Shall we go out for a date? 我可以“約你出去”么？

eg. I wouldn't go out on a date with Mary .我不會和瑪麗“出去約會”。

2.once or twice

once：一次

twice：兩次

那么三次呢，四次呢，五次呢？

三次之后都是“數字+times”

3.make the same mistake

make a mistake：犯錯誤

eg：A careless person is apt to make mistake.

粗心的人易犯錯誤。

再來看到the same。the same表示同樣的，一樣的。

當別人和你說Good luck，happy的時候，你就可以回說the same to you，表示說你也一樣。
