Timothy Geithner,the US Treasury Secretary has less ammunition to throw at his Chinese
counterpart this year than in previous years.

Now we all know the "Made in China" brand has come to be associated with cheap products from clothes to electronics, and that's up China become a net exporter of goods for the past 17 years.

But take a look at China's trade surplus since 2007, and we see that it has been falling.

But by last year, it has plunged to just 2.8%, the IMF predicts that fall even further to
2.3% this year, and this would be its lowest level since 2001.

And it's not just progress in China's current concepts tempering all that US criticism,it's also appreciation in China's currency, the yuan,"China has not been officially labored, a currency manipulator since 1994 in Beijing would of course like to keep that way."
