這個(gè)事情真要發(fā)生了，爸爸。
They'd probably shoot me if they knew I told you.
他們?nèi)绻牢腋嬖V你這些事情，他們可能會(huì)槍斃我。
Nobody's gonna shoot you, son.
沒人會(huì)槍斃你，孩子。
They need you.
他們需要你。
The President has ordered us to clear out the White House.
總統(tǒng)已經(jīng)下令讓我們從白宮撤離
clear out：是個(gè)固定搭配，主要有兩種意義，
一是“收拾干凈”
特別是指“經(jīng)過仔細(xì)的清理，把東西規(guī)整好，然后把沒用的東西扔掉”。
anyway，看個(gè)例子，
I spent the whole weekend clearing out the attic
as it was full of papers and other junk.
我花了整整一個(gè)周末去清理閣樓，因?yàn)槔锩娣艥M廢紙和其它的一些垃圾
第二種意義是“離開”，這也是電影中　clear out的意義了，
看例句：
I told them to clear out because they were making so much noise.
“他們太鬧了，我讓他們離開”，說這句話的人很可能是一位房東。

About time somebody cleaned up that mess.
是時(shí)候有人去搞定這些亂七八糟的事情了。
cleaned up：跟上面的clear out意義接近，也有“清理”的意義，
相當(dāng)于Tidy and clean，
例如，
Can you clean this bedroom up? “你能把這個(gè)臥室收拾干凈嗎”？

你在哪，爸爸？創(chuàng)世紀(jì)號(hào)現(xiàn)在的航線怎么走的？

不用擔(dān)心你老爸。
You’ve got more important things to do now.
你有更重要的事情要做。
course：在電影中是指“航線”，如，take a northern course，“向北航行”；
對(duì)于course這個(gè)詞的意義，我想問大家一下，你們最最熟的用法是哪一個(gè)？
OK，你會(huì)不會(huì)想到，噢，“課程”，course有“課程”的意思，
比如說，calculus course，“微積分課程”，沒錯(cuò)，那還有呢？
對(duì)了，course還可以指一道“菜”。
也對(duì)，不過，我問的是跟course這個(gè)詞有關(guān)的，你最熟的一個(gè)用法。
說來慚愧，我自己可能是最后才反應(yīng)過來的人，
那是of course，“當(dāng)然了”。真是奇怪，怎么就想不起來？

創(chuàng)世紀(jì)號(hào)是艘很大的船，孩子
Don't you write your old man off just yet?
你老爸不會(huì)那容易完蛋的。
write … off: 一般是指“車輛由于事故而報(bào)廢”
例如，He wrote the car off in an accident on the motorway.
“他在高速路上出了事故，車輛報(bào)廢了”。
在電影中write your old man off是個(gè)比喻，可以理解為“完蛋”。

我也不能扔下Tony不管。
That old fool can't keep decent time by himself.
那個(gè)老糊涂沒了我唱歌凈跑調(diào)。
I love you, Dad.
我愛你，爸爸
I love you too, son. God knows I do.
我也愛你，孩子。上帝可以作證。
keep decent time：意思是“保持合理的節(jié)拍”，
其中 keep time是一個(gè)固定表達(dá)，指唱歌或演奏時(shí)的“合拍”，
decent只是一個(gè)修飾的詞，指“理想的，合理的”。
不過，大家可能聽到更多的 decent 在其它方面的用法，
比如說，你找了份工作，薪水不錯(cuò)，
你可以說， The pay is decent；
或者說你的老板對(duì)你不錯(cuò)，那可以說 My boss is pretty decent to me.
