It is"Out with it." It means '"Say what you know. " 你就說出來吧。This is a way to say "I want to hear the truth from you." It's usually said by a teacher or a parent when they think a child is lying. Here I want to place emphasis on the situation used. Talking of "Out with it. " 這個短句是有文法可究的。In fact, it's come from "Come out with it!" 語言只要能表達出您的意思，越是簡練越好。Out 在這里是副詞，意思是：全部出來. With is used in exclamations here. With在這里適用于感嘆，加強語氣，也有"附著，帶著"的意味在其中。小孩子很貪玩不睡午覺，作為母親的您會生氣地說一句: Off to bed with you. 你給我睡覺去。"It" 就是指你不想說出來的事情。
