It it "You have got to come clean with me." This sentence is a little longer than before. But actually the key point is "come clean ". It's an idiom which means "to admit and explain something that you've been kept as a secret". Okay, how should we put it in Chinese? Guess it! It is : 全盤招供，和盤說出。

You should clean up your act and come off drug in a drug rehabilitation center.
