1. paddle out [沖浪專業(yè)術(shù)語] 劃過去，從浪區(qū)外劃向...
當(dāng)你進(jìn)入海中，將沖浪板劃向等浪區(qū)的時候，你可以直接的、直線的迎著浪劃過去，但是這樣會很費(fèi)勁，每個來浪你都要做潛越(Duck Dive)，同時會有撞到迎面過來的滑浪人的危險。這時，選擇 paddle out ，也就是避開正面浪區(qū)（白浪區(qū)），從側(cè)面劃到等浪區(qū)。

4.keep (sb.) company 陪伴，和...交往，
Never keep company with dishonest persons.
不要與不誠實(shí)的人打交道。
It's so nice to keep you company.
