break in：闖入, 打斷，這里是指MIKE幫SUSAN把房門弄開了（SUSAN把自己鎖在屋外了）

這里又有個serve與前面那個解釋為發(fā)球的是同一個單詞，這里解釋為上餐，在英語中同一個單詞，有多眾不同的意思，這里2個就是很好的例子，而且這個詞很常用。

Mr.Toad是一個Disney的卡通人物，在國內(nèi)不是很有名。Mr. Toad's Wild Ride是一部影片，在Disney的主題樂園中經(jīng)常會有電影中的場景，可以讓游人拍照什么的。應(yīng)該是一個樂園中的場地。

字面上解釋為在玻璃房中的人不應(yīng)該仍蘇打汽水罐頭，其實(shí)是用了個比喻，意思是有相同經(jīng)歷或處境的人不應(yīng)該對此做任何評論。發(fā)現(xiàn)MIKE好會說話。

Terrorists：原意是恐怖分子，呵呵，TOM居然這么形容自己的孩子，知道他們的三個小鬼有多頑皮了吧。

uncalled for：不必要的,不適當(dāng)?shù)?沒有理由的。I'm moving on.很常用的一個句子，當(dāng)人在遭遇不幸或者是分手等等影響人們心情的事后，如果你克服了，如果你度過了最困難的，那就可以用這句話，說明自己已經(jīng)重新振作起來了，開始一段新的生活。
19. DR. GOLDFINE: I'm very sorry to hear that, but unfortunately, I'm completely booked right now.
這里的Book大家應(yīng)該都知道是預(yù)定，預(yù)約的意思，在美國也夠可怕的，連看醫(yī)生都要預(yù)約時間，聽一個美國的朋友說，如果是看急診，也要等很常時間，你在那里難過死也沒人理你，除非你真要死了，醫(yī)生看得出病情有多嚴(yán)重。讓我想起了FRIENDS中有集ROSS被棒球打破鼻子了，JOEY陪他去醫(yī)院看醫(yī)生，等了4個多小時都沒輪到他們。呵呵，估計(jì)ROSS的血早就自己凝固了。
