reading：主講新型的測謊儀有用
(1)測謊儀可以eliminate cheating。因為新型測謊儀measure the brain activity，可以準確判斷人們是否說謊。
(2) The results of lie detector can be used as evidence in court.
(3) lie detector方面技術的進步可以推動類似技術的發展。 listening：反對，認為測謊儀有很多不足之處
(1)有證據證明人們也可以change brain activity，比如take medication. But who knows, 根本看不出來。因此lie detectors 就不work了。
(2) The results of lie detector are not good enough as evidence in court. 因為有時人們回答問題時也會uncertain，而測謊儀can not distinguish the true lying and uncertainty。
(3)其他類似技術的發展可能是壞事。舉了個例子。比如對于businessman or politician。他們往往需要跟一些totally dislike 的人打交道。實際中，他們會hide the true feeling，behave politely。但如果用一些技術把他們true feeling示之于人，沒人會來干這行了。
