1) student won't do community services after they graduate
2) student do not work hard before they are forced to, and this left a bad impression to the neighbors
listening: 女的不同意
1) 很多學生選擇這所學校就是因為community service是這個學校的requirement, 他們畢業以后也會繼續做的
2) 那個寫信的人這樣說是因為他自己有一些bad experience因為他被安排做了自己不喜歡的community service，女的認為這是他的exaggeration, 而事實上很多學生都是認真地，社區地反應也很好

listening:一個chocolate公司和一個pretzel 公司一起做chocolate covered pretzel, 很成功

例子是一種grass的葉子上有一些很sharp的東西, 用手摸就會cut your finger, 所以動物在chew 的時候會uncomfortable 以后就不吃了
1) appearance appearance
例子是一種植物，蝴蝶在上面lay eggs, 之后會吃了它。但是蝴蝶不會去那些看起來occupied 的葉子上lay egg, 所以他就自己偽裝成上面有butterfly egg like appearance
