Chinese President Xi Jinping's Special Representative Ding Xuexiang, also a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and Chinese vice premier, attended and addressed the International Zero-Carbon Island Cooperation Initiative Launching Conference held by China in Baku, Azerbaijan, November 13, 2024.
2024年11月13日，習(xí)近平主席特別代表、中共中央政治局常委、國務(wù)院副總理丁薛祥在阿塞拜疆首都巴庫出席由中方主辦的“國際零碳島嶼合作倡議”發(fā)布會(huì)并致辭。
In tackling climate change and transitioning toward green and low-carbon development, the principle of common but differentiated responsibilities must be upheld. It is also important to provide funding, technology and capacity-building support for developing countries and promote cooperation on green finance.
應(yīng)對(duì)氣候變化挑戰(zhàn)、向綠色低碳發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)型，必須本著共同但有區(qū)別的責(zé)任原則，在資金、技術(shù)、能力建設(shè)等方面為發(fā)展中國家提供支持，積極開展綠色金融合作。
