綠色金融債券
China's National Development Bank (NDB), a key policy bank, has successfully released 12 billion yuan in the form of three-year green financial bonds, with an issuance rate of 1.63 percent. The NDB has now reached a cumulative total of 189 billion yuan in terms of issued green financial bonds.
國家開發銀行日前成功發行120億元3年期綠色金融債券，發行利率1.63%。截至目前，國開行已累計發行綠色金融債券1890億元。
Fiscal, taxation, financial, investment, and pricing policies and systems of standards will be improved to support green development. We will boost green and low-carbon industries and improve the system for market-based allocation of resources and environmental factors. We will accelerate the R&D, promotion, and application of advanced energy-saving and carbon emission reduction technologies, encourage green consumption, and promote green and low-carbon ways of production and life.
完善支持綠色發展的財稅、金融、投資、價格政策和標準體系，發展綠色低碳產業，健全資源環境要素市場化配置體系，加快節能降碳先進技術研發和推廣應用，倡導綠色消費，推動形成綠色低碳的生產方式和生活方式。
