首屆“一帶一路”科技交流大會
The first Belt and Road Conference on Science and Technology Exchange will take place in southwest China's Chongqing Municipality from Nov. 6 to 7. The conference will focus on inter-governmental cooperation in science and technology, people-to-people exchanges in science and technology, industrial innovation and development, paradigm change in scientific research, future medicine, open science, and big data.
首屆“一帶一路”科技交流大會定于11月6日至7日在重慶舉行。大會將聚焦政府間科技合作、科技人文交流、產業創新發展、科研范式變革、未來醫學、開放科學及大數據等議題。
China will continue to implement the Belt and Road Science, Technology and Innovation Cooperation Action Plan, hold the first Belt and Road Conference on Science and Technology Exchange, increase the number of joint laboratories built with other parties to 100 in the next five years, and support young scientists from other countries to work on short-term programs in China. At this Forum, China will put forward the Global Initiative for Artificial Intelligence (AI) Governance. We stand ready to increase exchanges and dialogue with other countries and jointly promote the sound, orderly and secure AI development in the world.
中方將繼續實施“一帶一路”科技創新行動計劃，舉辦首屆“一帶一路”科技交流大會，未來5年把同各方共建的聯合實驗室擴大到100家，支持各國青年科學家來華短期工作。中方將在本屆論壇上提出全球人工智能治理倡議，愿同各國加強交流和對話，共同促進全球人工智能健康有序安全發展。
