From the opposite direction came a larger black spider-like object. It zapped past them.	從相反的方向，又飛過來一個像蜘蛛一樣的黑色東西，比剛才那個要大點兒。它嗖地掠過他們。
“And that was…?”	“這又是……？”
“A Frogstar Scout robot class B out looking for you.”	“一個蛙星偵察機器人B型，出來找你的。”
“And that?” said Zaphod, as a third one seared through the air.	“那個呢？”第三個這種東西從空中劃過時，贊福德問。
“A Frogstar Scout robot class C out looking for you.”	“一個蛙星偵察機器人C型，出來找你的。”
“Hey,” chuckled Zaphod to himself, “pretty stupid robots eh?”	“嘿，”贊福德輕輕地笑了，“一群蠢貨機器人，是嗎？”
From over the bridge came a massive rumbling hum. A gigantic black shape was moving over it from the opposite tower, the size and shape of a tank.	正在這時，橋上傳來了一陣響亮的轟隆聲。一個巨型的黑色東西從對面那座塔樓朝這邊移動過來。瞧它的體積和形狀，完全是一輛坦克。
“Holy photon, what’s that?”	“天啊，那是什么？”贊福德深吸了一口氣說。
“A tank,” said the man, “Frogstar Scout robot class D come to get you.”	“一輛坦克，”那人說，“蛙星偵察機器人D型，出來抓你的。”
“Should we leave?”	“我們該逃跑嗎？”
“I think we should.”	“我想是的。”
“Marvin!” called Zaphod.	“馬文！”贊福德喊道。
“What do you want?”	“你想干什么？”
Marvin rose from a pile of rubble further down the corridor and looked at them.	馬文從走廊遠端的一堆瓦礫中站起來，望著他們。
“You see that robot coming towards us?”	“你看見那個正朝我們開過來的機器人嗎？”
Marvin looked at the gigantic black shape edging forward towards them over the bridge. He looked down at his own small metal body. He looked back up at the tank.	馬文看了看正從橋上朝他們這邊開過來的巨型黑色家伙，又低頭看了看自己瘦小的金屬身體。然后他抬起頭，再次看了看坦克。
“I suppose you want me to stop it,” he said.	“我猜，你是希望我去阻止它。”他說。
“Yeah.”	“是的。”
“Whilst you save your skins.”	“這樣你好救你那一身皮囊。”

“I think we should.”
“Marvin!” called Zaphod.
“What do you want?”

“I suppose you want me to stop it,” he said.
“Yeah.”

“馬文！”贊福德喊道。
