CCXR is the successor to the CCX and is faster and more powerful. Like the CCX, this supercar also features the 4.7 L twin-supercharged V8 engine and a specially developed transversal six speed manual gearbox with an optional paddle-shift. In 2009, the CCXR was chosen by Forbes as one of the ten most beautiful cars in history.
