(5) Eating Healthy
Some people claim that certain foods – like chocolate and greasy foods – may contribute to breakouts. There is conflicting evidence on both sides of the argument, so we don’t know whether these allegations are true or not. But what we do know is that our bodies (including our skin) need nutritious food for optimal health. Consuming plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, which are vitamin and antioxidant rich, is always good idea.
