Create a checklist for your kids.

為你的小孩列一個(gè)清單。

If you don't have kids, skip this one. But if you do, this is a biggie.

如果你沒(méi)有小孩，跳過(guò)這一條。但是如果你有小孩的話，這一條很重要。

To cut down on morning chaos, hang a white board in the hallway or kitchen and list all the things that must be done before the kids can leave: brush teeth, eat breakfast, get backpack together, make bed, and so on.

切斷早上混亂的思緒，在門(mén)廊或廚房里掛一個(gè)白板，列出小孩離開(kāi)前要做完的所有事情：刷牙，吃早餐，背包，收拾床鋪等等。

Have them check off or erase each item once it's completed. You can do the same thing with lists printed out from your computer.

做檢查或者完成一項(xiàng)擦掉一項(xiàng)。你也可以用電腦打印出來(lái)。

Set a consequence: If all items aren't checked off 5 minutes before you need to leave, there's no TV, PlayStation, dessert, or computer time that night.

謹(jǐn)記：如果這些事情在你走之前的5分鐘內(nèi)沒(méi)有檢查通過(guò)，晚上你就不會(huì)有電視時(shí)間，游戲時(shí)間，餐后甜點(diǎn)或者電腦時(shí)間。
