A life handbook is an idea I started 3 years ago. Basically, it’s a book which contains the essentials on how you can live your life to the fullest, such as your purpose, your values and goals. Sort of like your manual for your life. I started my life handbook since 2007 and it’s been a crucial enabler in my progress.

這個想法是我在3年前想到的。手冊上包括如何創造圓滿人生的基本信息，比如你的志向、價值和目標，有點類似于人生指南。我從2007年開始寫自己的人生手冊，因此也獲得了很大進步。

Write a letter to your future self.

給未來的自己寫封信。

What do you see yourself as 5 years from now? Will you be the same? Different? What kind of person will you be? Write a letter to your future self–1 year from now will be a good start–and seal it. Make a date in your calendar to open it 1 year from now. Then start working to become the person you want to open that letter.

5年后你會是什么樣子？還和現在一樣嗎？抑或已經變了？你會成為怎樣的人？給未來的自己寫封信——寫給1年后的自己也可以，然后封印好。日歷標注上1年后讀信的日期，然后努力成為信中渴望的樣子。
