One of the simplest ways to live a happier life is to focus on being kind. It does rarely take much energy.

想要活得開心，最簡單的辦法之一就是專注于行善。這并不需要花費(fèi)多大力氣。

Just a simple compliment or lending a listening ear while someone vents can brighten someone’s day.

一句簡單的贊美，或者當(dāng)他人需要傾訴時洗耳恭聽，就可以讓他人一天都很開心。

And it brings happiness to your life too as your see other person’s face light up.

當(dāng)你看到他人開心的臉時，快樂也會進(jìn)入你的生活。

And how you think about and behave towards others tends to spread to how you treat yourself too.

你如何看待和對待他人也會影響到你如何對待自己。

More kindness towards others leads to more self-kindness.

對他人更加友好也會讓你更加善待自己。
