The last thing anyone wants to hear at work is someone complaining about how much they hate their job.
人們最不想聽到的就是工作時有人在抱怨自己有多討厭自己的工作。
Doing so labels you as a negative person, who is not a team player.
這么做你會被貼上“消極者”的標(biāo)簽，也就是說你不適合團(tuán)隊合作。
This brings down the morale of the group.
這會降低整個團(tuán)隊士氣。
Bosses are quick to catch on to naysayers who drag down morale, and they know that there are always enthusiastic replacements waiting just around the corner.
老板會迅速找出影響團(tuán)隊士氣的“唱反調(diào)者”，因為老板深知很快就會有熱情樂觀的候選人頂替前者的工作。
