勇氣

People will wait to see if a leader is courageous before they're willing to follow his or her lead. People needcourage in their leaders. They need someone who can make difficult decisionsand watch over the good of the group. They need a leader who will stay thecourse when things get tough.

當(dāng)人們發(fā)現(xiàn)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者有勇氣時(shí)，才會(huì)愿意服從領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。人們需要有勇氣的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者，需要能果斷做出決定、照看全隊(duì)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者，需要能在遇到困難時(shí)引領(lǐng)航向的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者。

Great leaders are passionate about whatthey do, and they strive to share that passion with everyone around them.

優(yōu)秀的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者對(duì)自己所做的事充滿熱情，而且會(huì)努力把這份熱情傳遞給身邊的每一個(gè)人。
