You spend too much time with people who don't contribute to your growth

你在那些對你的成長沒有幫助的人身上花了太多時間

It's easy to get stuck hanging out with people who are not making you feel like a better person.

不要和無法給你帶來正能量的人混在一起，這樣就很容易把自己困住。

But if you keep doing that, then you will stay stagnant or get pulled down with them. I like to call them "Energy Vampires".

如果你想要繼續這樣下去的話，你就會和他們一樣處于停滯不前的狀態或被他們拖下水，我喜歡稱之為“能量吸血鬼”，他們會破壞你的生活狀態，無法給你以積極性的回報。

They suck the life out of you and give you nothing positive in return. Instead, go find growth-oriented people to be around.

要和你周圍對你的成長方向起引導作用的人來往。
