Hello!Remember when your mother would always encourage you to stop watching TV and go out and play? There was a reason for that! Moving your body keeps your brain healthy! Today on Maude's Two-Minute Meddlings, I'm going to discuss how and why physical activity keeps your brain in optimum shape.

Exercise increases the level of your brain chemicals, which help make new brain cells. This makes it easier for you to learn. The more complicated the activity -- like playing tennis or taking a dance class -- the bigger the benefit.
