Beginning is the hardest and most important part of the process.
開始時肯定會特別艱難，但也是這過程中最重要的部分。
Just start. Then everything will fall into place.
一定要開始，然后一切才能順其自然。
Don't think about it too much, don't plan it in detail, don't wait for Monday or the beginning of the next month to start. Do it now.
不要認為改變的太多了，就不能進行細節上的規劃，不要等到星期一或是下個月早開始，現在就可以開始。
