如何解決問題
Rich or poor, young or old, we all have problems.
無論我們年齡大小,長幼老少,我們都會(huì)遇到問題。
And unless we deal with our problems, we can easily become unhappy.
除非我們解決問題,否則我們會(huì)非常容易變得不開心。
Worrying about our problems can affect how we do at school.
對(duì)這些問題的擔(dān)心會(huì)影響我們?cè)趯W(xué)校的表現(xiàn)。
It can also influence the way we behave with our families.
也會(huì)影響我們?cè)诩依锏谋憩F(xiàn)。
So how do we deal with our problems?
我們?nèi)绾蝸斫鉀Q這些問題呢?
There are many ways.
有許多的辦法。
By learning to forget
學(xué)會(huì)忘記。
Most of us have probably been angry with our friends, parents or teachers.
絕大部分人會(huì)與朋友、家人、老師生氣。
Perhaps they said something you didn't like, or you felt they were unfair.
或許,他們會(huì)說一些你不喜歡的話,或者你感到非常不公平。
Sometimes, people can stay angry for years about a small problem.
有時(shí),人們會(huì)在一些小事情上耿耿于懷許多年。
Time goes by, and good friendships may be lost.
隨著時(shí)間的推移,我們會(huì)丟失友誼。
When we are angry, however, we are usually the ones affected.
當(dāng)我們生氣時(shí),我們是最容易受到影響的。
Perhaps we have seen young children playing together.
有時(shí)我們會(huì)看到兒童在一起玩耍。
Sometimes they have disagreements and decide not to talk to each other.
有時(shí),他們有了分歧,并不再互相說話了。
However, this usually does not last for long.
但是持續(xù)的時(shí)間不長。
This is an important lesson for us: we can solve a problem by learning to forget.
這給我們上了重要一課:我們可以學(xué)會(huì)忘記來解決事情。
By regarding problems as challenges
把問題看作是挑戰(zhàn)。
Many students often complain about school.
許多學(xué)生都會(huì)抱怨學(xué)校。
They might feel they have too much work to do sometimes, or think the rules are too strict.
他們或許會(huì)感覺到他們的功課太多了,或者認(rèn)為校規(guī)太苛刻。
We must learn how to change these "problems" into "challenges".
我們必須學(xué)會(huì)如何把問題轉(zhuǎn)變成挑戰(zhàn)。
Education is an important part of our development.
教育是我們成長過程中重要的一環(huán)。
As young adults, it is our duty to try our best to deal with each challenge in our education with the helpof our teachers.
作為年輕人,在老師的幫助下,我們必須要處理好學(xué)習(xí)上的各種挑戰(zhàn)。
By thinking of something worse
想一些最壞的情況,
By comparing yourself to other people, you will find your problems are not so terrible.
把你自己和他人進(jìn)行比較,你就會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)你的問題不嚴(yán)重。
Think about Stephen Hawking, for example, a very clever scientist, who regards his many physical problems as unimportant.
想一想霍金,他是位著名的科學(xué)家,他認(rèn)為自己身體的缺陷并不重要。
He can't walk or even speak, but he has become very famous and successful.
他不會(huì)走,甚至不會(huì)說話,但是他非常著名,非常成功。
We are probably quite healthy and smart.
我們很健康,很聰明。
Let's not worry about our problems.
不要擔(dān)心自己的問題。
Let's face the challenges instead.
讓我們一起來面對(duì)挑戰(zhàn)。
