How I learned to learn English

Last year my English class was difficult.
去年我們的英語(yǔ)課非常難。
First of all, it wasn't easy for me to understand the teacher when she talked.
首先，聽(tīng)懂老師的意思非常困難。
To begin with, she spoke too quickly, and I couldn't understand every word.
開(kāi)始時(shí)，她說(shuō)得非常快，我什么都聽(tīng)不懂。
Later on, I realized that it doesn't matter if you don't understand every word.
之后，我明白我不需要明白每一個(gè)字的意思。
I was also afraid to speak in class, beacause I thought my classmates might laugh at me.
我很害怕在課上發(fā)言，因?yàn)槲遗峦瑢W(xué)會(huì)笑話(huà)我。
I couldn't always make complete sentences, either.
我總是不能說(shuō)出完整的句子。
Then I started to watch English-language TV.
之后我開(kāi)始觀看英文電視節(jié)目。
It helped a lot.
這對(duì)我有了不小的幫助。
I think that doing lots of listening practice is one of the secrets of becoming a good language learner.
我認(rèn)為良好的聽(tīng)力訓(xùn)練是語(yǔ)言學(xué)習(xí)的重要秘訣之一。
Another thing that I found very difficult was English grammar.
我認(rèn)為更重要的還有語(yǔ)法。
So I decided to take lots of grammar notes in every class.
所以我決定在課堂上做語(yǔ)法筆記。
Then I started to write my own original sentences using the grammar I was learning.
之后我開(kāi)始用我學(xué)過(guò)的語(yǔ)法寫(xiě)句子。
It's amazing how much this helped .
這讓我提高了許多。
Now I am enjoying learning English and I got an A this term.
我現(xiàn)在非常喜歡學(xué)英語(yǔ)，我還得到了A。
My teacher is very impressed.
我的老師非常驚訝。
