A business communication should include all the necessary information. It is essential to check the message carefully before it is sent out.
信的內容完整，結構完整。
Correctness
Correctness means appropriate and grammatically correct language, factual information and accurate reliable figures (such as names of articles, specifications, quantity, price and units, etc.)
至關重要的一點。一封信中傳達的信息如果不正確，那么，前面所說的六點做得再好也只是前功盡棄。正確除了內容正確外，語法也要正確，使用的商業術語、信的組織結構、標點符號、字母的大小寫也要正確，還要保證數字、日期、地點、商品名稱等等的正確。
