I'm not going anywhere直譯為:我哪兒也到不了，引申為“我毫無(wú)發(fā)展前途”。在口語(yǔ)中比opportunity更常用，更形象。也可以說(shuō):You're going nowhere.（你這人沒(méi)前途）?；騎his job is low paid and with few prospects.（這份工作工資低且沒(méi)有前途。）相反的，有前途則是:You're going places someday.你有一天會(huì)成功的。
