江蘇省蘇州市中級人民法院２３日依法對常熟“跑路”女老板顧春芳集資詐騙、合同詐騙、抽逃出資案作出一審宣判。

A former fugitive dubbed "the most beautiful businesswoman" in Jiangsu province was given a two-year suspended death sentence on Wednesday for illegally taking around 1.77 billion yuan ($290 million) of public money and two other offences.
周三，曾被稱作“最美女商人”的江蘇省跑路女商人顧春芳以非法吸收公共存款17.7億元（約2.9億美元）和其他兩項罪名被判處死刑，緩期兩年執(zhí)行。

據(jù)報道，顧春芳，現(xiàn)年41歲，曾在江蘇省常熟市的宣傳（promote）視頻中擔(dān)當(dāng)女主角（star actress），現(xiàn)被控在2008年至2012年間犯合同詐騙罪（contract fraud）以及抽逃出資（fleeing from justice with a large amount of capital）罪。
蘇州市中級人民法院依法對顧春芳數(shù)罪并罰（combined punishment），并沒收個人全部財產(chǎn)（seizure of all her assets）。
顧春芳曾是蘇州凱維隆貿(mào)易有限公司法人代表（legal representative），2012年3月為逃避所欠貸款（escape loan debts）出逃（flee），不久后在上海一間出租屋（a rented residence）內(nèi)被捕（capture）。
