The New CEO
新來的首席執行官
A company, feeling it was time for a shakeup, hires a new CEO. This new boss is determined to rid the company of all slackers.
一個公司在一次人事變革中雇用了新的首席執行官。而他在上任之初就決定將所有懶于工作的人都清理出去。
On a tour of the facilities, the CEO notices a guy leaning on the doorframe with his arms folded on his chest. The room is full of workers and he thinks this is his chance to show everyone he means business!
在一次巡視中，他注意到一個人靠在門框上，手臂交叉在胸前。屋里全是工作人員，于是他認為這是一次絕佳的機會，讓每個人都知道他是說一不二的。
The CEO, walks up to the guy and asks, "And how much money do you make a week?"
他走到那人跟前問道：“你一個星期的工錢是多少？”
Undaunted, the young fellow looks at him and replies, "I make $200 a week. Why?"
那小伙子并不怕他，看著他答道：“我一星期賺200塊錢，怎么啦？”
The CEO then hands the guy $200 in cash and screams, "Here's a week's pay, now GET OUT and DON'T come back!"
新來的首席執行官遞給他200塊錢，叫道：“這是你一周的工錢，拿著它走吧，不要再來了！”
Feeling pretty good about his first firing, the CEO looks around the room and asks, "Does anyone want to tell me what that slacker did here?"
第一次落實了自己的政策，新來的首席執行官自我感覺不錯，他環顧四周，問道：“有誰能告訴我那個偷懶的人原來是干什么的？”
With a sheepish grin, one of the other workers mutters, "Pizza delivery guy."
一個工作人員局促地笑了一下，喃喃道：“送比薩外賣的。”
