出，把事情通知有關人員，如學生、觀眾等，通常不用稱呼；另一種是以書信的形式，發給有關人員，次種通知寫作形式同普通書信，只要寫

書信形式的通知

Dear Examinee：

As you know, due to unfortunate circumstances, ETS was forced to cancel the scores of the Octorber 1992 TOEFL administration

in the People's Republic of China. At that time, you were notified that you would be able to take another TOEFL without

charge up through the October 1993 administration. You should be aware that the TOEFL program has a long standing policy of

not refunding test fees when administrations are cancelled.

We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause to you.
